We provide three delivery options: Doorstep Delivery – directly to your home or office within cities. Popular Spot Delivery – delivery to known, accessible locations in remote areas. Self-Pickup – collect your package from designated pick-up stations near you.

Can I choose my preferred delivery option?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location. Within Ibadan city, most orders arrive the same day or within 1–2 days. Deliveries outside the city may take 2–5 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive updates and tracking details from our logistics partner until it reaches you.

What if I’m not available at the time of delivery?

Our logistics partner will contact you to reschedule or arrange delivery to a nearby pick-up point for your convenience.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept secure online payments through Flutterwave, which supports: Bank transfers Debit/credit cards (Verve, Visa, Mastercard) USSD payments (from supported banks)

Is it safe to pay on Smiileys?

Yes. All transactions are processed securely via Flutterwave’s encrypted payment system. Smiileys does not store your card or banking details.

Can I pay on delivery?

For now, payments are made before delivery through our secure checkout. This ensures vendors process only confirmed orders.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment doesn’t go through, please try again using another method (card, transfer, or USSD). If funds are debited but your order isn’t confirmed, contact our support team with proof of payment.

Can I get a refund if I cancel or return my order?

Yes. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method after the return/cancellation is approved. Refund timelines depend on your bank but typically take 2–5 working days.

Can I pay from any bank in Nigeria?

Absolutely. Flutterwave supports payments from all major Nigerian banks.

ORDERS & RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, simply browse our marketplace, select your desired product, choose the quantity using the plus (+) or minus (-) signs on the product page, and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.

Can I order multiple quantities of the same product?

Yes, you can! Use the plus (+) or minus (-) signs on the product page to increase or decrease the number of items before adding them to your cart.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need an account to place an order. However, we will require your shipping details and other necessary information during checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS with details. You can also track the status of your order directly in your account under “My Orders.”

How Can I Return a Product?

To return a product, please fill out our Return Form within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. You can either: Request a pickup: Our logistics partner will collect the item once you cover the pickup fee. Drop it off yourself: Bring the item to our designated return point. Please note that the product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. Returns outside the 48-hour window or items that are damaged/altered will not be accepted.

VENDORS

How do I register as a vendor?

Vendors can register directly through the “My Account” option on the Smiileys Marketplace. You’ll need to provide basic business information (name, email, phone number, and other necessary details). Once approved, you’ll have access to your Vendor Dashboard.

How do I list my products?

Login to your Vendor Dashboard. Select Products > Add New. Upload product images, title, description, and price. Add stock quantity and shipping details. Publish your product to make it live on the marketplace.

Can I add product attributes (e.g., sizes, colors, variations)?

Yes. Vendors can add attributes such as size, color, material, or weight while listing products. This ensures buyers can select variations (e.g., Small/Medium/Large, Red/Blue/Green).

How are settlements/payments handled?

Smiileys offers flexible settlements: Instant Settlement: Earnings are transferred to your wallet/account immediately after order completion. 24-Hour Settlement: In some cases, settlements are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation for security checks. (⚠️ Settlement options may depend on vendor type, order volume, and payment processor policies.)

Do I need to package items myself?

Yes. Vendors are responsible for securely packaging their items before handoff to logistics partners. Packaging should protect the product during shipping and reflect professionalism.

Who handles delivery after packaging?

Once packaged, vendors can either: Drop off the item with a partner logistics outlet, or Request a pickup (if available in their area). Smiileys coordinates with logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

How do I track my sales and payments?

The Vendor Dashboard provides: Sales analytics (orders, revenue, refunds). Payment history (settlements, pending payouts). Inventory tracking (stock alerts and low-stock reminders).
